Configure device using admin app: Difference between revisions

Pre-requisite

To use the admin app, first enable wifi and bluetooth on the mobile phone.

Connect wifi to paynwash SSID. Get the SSID credential from IT Admin to connect to the paynwash SSID. Please make sure don't share the credential with anyone or public. This SSID is just to connect LBPayLinker, vending machine, massage chair and CCTV only and limited to 50 concurrent user only.

Configure LBPayLinker Device

After install LBPayLinker device in the machine, the LBPayLinker device need to configure:-

Internet access
Bind machine type
Config Parameter (For IA and TOSEI. BC already use default parameter set in the device).

1. Configure Internet Access

In the admin app, click navigation menu Device Install at the bottom bar and then click Config Network.

Scan the device QR. Depend on the device model.

For the NYJ31 device, QR Code is on the front on the device.

For the A1 model, QR Code is on the screen after installation or at the back of the device.

After scan the device QR, app will display list of wifi SSID. Please select paynwash. Make sure it is paynwash not paynwash_5g.

SSID paynwash is 2.4Ghz signal. The device only connect to the wifi 2.4Ghz only.


select paynwash SSID	enter paynwash password.

Wait for the app to connect to the internet. Config network succes indicate the device already connected to the internet.

2. Configure Bind Machine Type

In the admin app, click navigation menu Device Install at the bottom bar and then click Bind Device.

Scan the device QR again. Refer to the QR type in the configure network access step.

Then, click on select machine to choose machine type in the list.

Common Pulse Washer - Bind to Washer BC or Washer IA
Common Pulse Dryer - Bind to Dryer BC
Tosei Combo xx Size - Bind to TOSEI machine

After machine type has been selected, click OK to bind the machine.

Wait for the app to bind the machine.

3. Link LBPayLinker Devices to Selected Outlet

This step is for new install only. If the device already link to the outlet, please skip this step. And go through the outlet and select the device to config.

In the admin app, click bottom navigation menu Stores and then select which outlet to add the device to.
