Device Control Page
[edit | edit source]This page is to check device status installed at the outlet and function can be done
- Store Name = Outlet name
- Machine ID = Machine number
- Machine Name = Size of the machine
- Machine SN = LB PayLinker Serial Number attached to the machine
- Machine Type = Type of the machine: washer, dryer or combo
- Status = Online and offline status of the LB Paylinker devices.
- Availability = Usage status of the machine. If machine in use it will display Busy.
- Current Coins = Total current coins has been tracked and this field can be reset to 0.
- Lifetime Coins = Total coins has been tracked since the devices is installed and cannot reset to 0.
- Actions = Function to remote start the devices, kill cycle of the machine, cash audit.
Remote Start
[edit | edit source]This function is to start the machine remotely if having issue such as no deduction cases with customer. So this function will enable owner to remote start the machine.
How to
1. Click on the remote start button.
2. It will open the mobile payment option
3. Select the machine price and click on the start machine button.
4. Click OK after confirmation dialog appears.
5. Click Return button to finish the process
