- Facility & Capacity: Commercial-grade washing, drying, and ironing machinery capable of managing daily digital order volumes.
- Dedicated Storage Space: Clean, dry, and organized storage shelves or racks to segregate incoming and completed laundry orders safely.
- Hardware Support: Dedicated tablet or Android/iOS device with continuous internet connectivity to operate the LB Merchant App.
2. Onboarding Process Step-by-Step
Fill out the Merchant Registration form on our web portal or contact your local LaundryBar franchise representative.
Our operations team will conduct an audit of your outlet's capacity, machinery, and hygiene infrastructure.
Install the LB Merchant App and complete mandatory staff training on order acceptance, washing standards, and tagging.
Activate your store in the system to start accepting automated pickup and delivery requests from nearby customers.

How are orders assigned to my outlet?
Orders are automatically routed to the nearest participating LaundryBar merchant outlet based on customer geolocation and current processing capacity.
How do payouts work for merchants?
Net revenue from completed digital orders (minus platform commission fees) is transferred directly into your registered business bank account on a bi-weekly cycle.
Who handles order transportation?
The LB Pickup & Delivery logistics fleet handles all transport tasks, collecting items from customers, delivering them to your outlet, and returning finished laundry to customers.
