Please read and acknowledge the following operational declarations before proceeding with your onboarding as an authorized Merchant Outlet or Laundry Assistant for LB Pickup & Services.

• Accuracy of Outlet & Business Information: I declare that all business registrations (SSM), premises licensing, and contact details submitted for this Merchant Outlet are accurate, valid, and legally compliant.
• Adherence to Code of Conduct & SLAs: I agree to strictly enforce and follow the Code of Conduct for Merchant Outlets & Laundry Assistants, maintaining high standards of hygiene, garment care, and turnaround time (SLA) compliance.
• Quality & Garment Inspection Responsibility: I acknowledge our responsibility to thoroughly inspect customer orders upon receipt, log pre-existing damage, and process garments using only authorized LaundryBar wash formulas and equipment.
• Data Protection & Customer Confidentiality: I agree to keep all customer personal data obtained via the LB Merchant App strictly confidential and use it solely for order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
• Negligence & Liability Coverage: I understand that the Merchant Outlet assumes financial liability for lost or damaged customer items proven to result from store negligence, improper chemical use, or unauthorized processing practices.
• Staff Training & Authorization: I certify that all Laundry Assistants and store operators handling LB Pickup & Delivery orders have received adequate operational training on the LB Merchant App and service protocols.
